Quotes by Catalina
It is a great honor and I must confess that it is a very demanding project. In addition it is very important to be filming in Cartagena, Colombia. Without a doubt, for me it is very important to be in this production. That it is in my country, to film in Cartagena: that means much for my artistic life.
We shot the film where Márquez wrote the book – Cartagena is like another character in the film: its presence is always felt. I felt so proud while I was there, showing off my beautiful home to my colleagues.
